Increasing durability of sport horses through sustainable training with
Morgan Lashley
Morgan has been practicing equine veterinary medicine both in the Netherlands and internationally since her graduation in 2009. Specializing in orthopedic issues in sport horses, she has focused her career on diagnosing and rehabilitating these athletes. As an experienced dressage rider competing at Prix St. Georges level, Morgan offers a unique understanding of a rider’s perspective, often taking to the saddle herself when necessary.

She previously owned and managed an equine rehabilitation center equipped with advanced technologies such as an underwater treadmill and a dry treadmill, allowing her to work with innovative rehabilitation techniques.

Committed to sharing knowledge with horse owners, Morgan has authored numerous articles and developed online training courses to make expert insights more accessible.
In February 2022, Morgan successfully passed the entrance exam for the European College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. As of April 2023, she serves as a Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation clinician at Utrecht University, continuing her dedication to advancing equine health and performance.

Charlie Unwin
Charlie Unwin is a performance psychologist who works with the Team Great Britain Olympic athletes, providing them with mental health coaching and one to one coaching. Charlie also frequently works with the British Horse Society and has a published book ‘Inside Out’ that delves into how to train your mind for high level sport. Center10 was also founded by Charlie Unwin and Sarah Huntley to provide learning courses for coaches and riders to improve their knowledge in this field.

Dr. Patricia Sitzenstock is currently a Regional Manager and Product Manager for Pavo Pferdenahrung GmbH and has previously published papers looking into the testing temperaments and personality traits in equines.
